All you need to do is complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, add funds to your account and choose a plan to invest in.

Who can invest with 1Invest?

Individuals and regulated entities incorporated in India can invest with 1Invest.

  • If you are an individual, to invest, you would need to:
    • Have a valid Aadhaar Card 
    • Have a valid PAN Card 
    • Have a valid bank account in your name
    • Be over 18 years old at the time of investment
  • If you represent a regulated entity that wishes to invest with 1Invest, based on your entity structure, you would need to provide relevant documents, as per RBI guidelines.

Additionally, the authorized person registering on behalf of the regulated entity would need to provide the following documents:

  • PAN Card
  • Aadhaar Card
  • Clear selfie, taken live

How much money can I invest?

The aggregate investment that you can make, across all P2P platforms, is limited by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) to ₹10,00,000. However, if you submit a certified net worth certificate from your Chartered Accountant (CA), you can lend up to ₹50,00,000.

How is the return on investment generated ?

Your return is generated as follows:

  • You make an investment on the 1Invest platform
  • 1Invest enables your investment to be lent directly to verified borrowers who may be individuals or small businesses in need of capital
  • These borrowers pay an interest on your investment, which becomes your return
  • This new way of investment is approved by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and is known as P2P lending
